First = 7k N to Table View on hard, flat sand if there's an easy obvious route - avoid it!

A lovely run in Summer at evening spring low when the beach is flat and the sand (on the waters edge) nice and firm. Once you're nicely warmed up, its back through the undulating dunes, soft deep sand and a STUNNING vista! A perfect end to the day!
