Cape of Storms Members of CRAG are ecologically aware runners and walkers who prefer the paths of the mountain, forest and beach to tarred roads; the smell of the fynbos and the call of frogs to the exhaust fumes and roar of traffic.

On our runs/walks/hikes "soul food" is as important as excercise! We live in such a beautiful part of the world that we do stop to enjoy the views - to regroup - and to catch our breath!

CRAG welcomes newcomers!

Bring light anoraks, headlights or torches in winter and some refreshment for afterwards! plus warm clothes for while we stand around chatting.

If there's a fork in the path, take it
    If in doubt, UP !
